The residence extends over three levels, starting with an independent studio on the garden level, equipped with a double bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. The upper floors reveal spacious living rooms bathed in light, facing south with a breathtaking 180-degree view of the valley and the Canigou.
The large living room with fireplace, the elegant office, the kitchen open to the dining room and the scullery create a harmonious and welcoming living space.
